What the Certified 7 Promise Great Organization seal means:

To: The Employees, Customers, Potential Employees, Board of Directors and Shareholders

A Patient Organization Certified 7 Promise Great Organization is one where two things have happened and continue to happen. On one hand leadership is 100% aligned to what yes looks like to the 7 fundamental questions below and on the other hand the company has installed and mastered an Organizational Operating System ("OOS") that allows every individual in the company to be able to consistently understand and align with yes to the 7 questions.

When these two things are in place, the organization can do something very powerful, it can make and keep a promise. A promise where they commit to surrounding their employees with people who can say:

    1. Yes, I Belong.
    2. Yes, I Believe.
    3. Yes, I am Accountable.
    4. Yes, I am Measured well.
    5. Yes, I am Heard.
    6. Yes, I am Developed.
    7. Yes, I am Balanced.

Report on the Organizational Operating System and 7 Promises Plan

We have audited the Organizational Operating System of Company and the related systems installed to maintain yes to the 7 Questions and the Company’s written plan to maintain and improve employee alignment to yes.

Management’s Responsibility for their 7 Promises written Plan.

Management is responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of their OOS in accordance with the standards set forth by The Patient Organization Inc and Independent Participant Committee. This includes the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal control relevant to the preparation and fair presentation of the OOS that are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.

Auditor’s Responsibility

Our responsibility is to express an opinion on the the Company’s commitment to 7 Promises and the validity of their OOS based on our audits. We conducted our audits in accordance with auditing standards prescribed by The Patient Organization and approved by the Independent Participant Committee. Those standards require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the Organization’s statements and plans are free of material misstatement.

An audit involves performing procedures to obtain audit evidence about the amounts and the disclosures in the plan. The procedures selected depend on the auditor’s judgement, including the assessment of the risks of material misstatement of the plans, whether due to fraud or error. In making those risk assessments, the auditor considers internal control relevant to the entity’s preparation and fair presentation of their 7 Promises Plan and OOS Model in order to design audit procedures that are appropriate in the circumstances, but not for the purpose of expressing an opinion on the effectiveness of the entity’s OOS. Accordingly, we express no such opinion. An audit also includes evaluating the appropriateness of policies used and the reasonableness of significant estimates made by management, as well as evaluating the overall presentation of the plan.

We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a reasonable basis for our audit opinion.

In our opinion, the the Organization has committed fully and presents fairly their assessment of 7 Promises effectiveness and their plans to maintain and improve alignment with the 7 Promises, in all material respects.
